If you wish to change your booking

Please notify Into the Wild in writing to bookings@gointothewild.com.au. Changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Into the Wild will notify you within 72 hours of your request to change your booking can be made, and if there are any additional charges. No changes can be made to a booking within 7 days of the confirmed booking.

If you wish to cancel your booking

Once Into the Wild receives your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following fees and conditions:

· Cooling off period: you may cancel your booking within the first 24 hours following the time your booking was placed.

· Cancellations outside 60 days of a confirmed tour will forfeit the deposit paid.

· Cancellations received between 60 to 30 days of a confirmed tour will forfeit 50% of the total cost.

· 29 days or less: no refund will be provided.

Heli Biking Considerations

Heli Biking is highly dependent on weather, so your chosen dates may change by 1-2 days either side. Please remain adaptive to itinerary changes throughout, and book any flights with a 2-day buffer either side of your tour.

Providing exact weight measurements at time of booking is vital for heli biking operations. We only have a certain weight capacity to work within, and this needs to be provided for trip planning with our aircraft partner. If any weight measurements have been guessed, please take the time to record an accurate weight and resubmit to us via bookings@gointothewild.com.au.

Into The Wild reserves the right to cancel Heli Biking if the aircraft is unable to fly due to weather, or if correct weights have not been provided and are outside weight allocation.
